The SYSTEM, which makes us WAIT, till the entire soil under our feet is looted.

"Enough is enough!! I decided, I will wait for two more years, that’s it, NOT a single day after that".

I have been waiting for three years for getting the verdict of a simple case, which is not even taken for hearing till now. The case is bearing case number ELP-5-2009, in Madras High Court. (Case between Raja Kannappan Vs P Chidambaram).

Many of you will remember the Parliamentary elections in 2009, particularly in Siva Ganga Constituency.

I was a congress supporter at that time (NOW simply Aam aadmi). When the election result was flashing in TV channels I was happy because Congress will come to power but was happier because in Siva Ganga- P Chidambaram has lost his seat, the failure which he deserved. But after some time the same TV channels flashed Chidambaram's Victory in the same constituency.

After this Raja Kannappan-the defeated candidate in Siva Ganga Constituency asked for recounting of the votes and he filed a petition in Court regarding the same.

The allegation by Raja Kannappan is that Chidambaram brought to bear undue influence on the collector who was the returning officer. First, he announces that Raja Kannappan the AIDMK candidate won the elections. After four hours he says you didn't win, it is Chidambaram who won and in the meanwhile he answers many phone calls.

As per the official figure, Mr. Chidambaram secured 3, 34, 348 votes. His nearest rival Mr. Rajakannappan got 3,30,994 votes. Barwatha Regina Papa of Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhgam secured 60,084 votes.

It was alleged in 'The Hindu' that Chidambaram has pressurized the Returning Officer of Sivaganga and doctored the poll results in his favor. AIADMK candidate Kannappan who lost in the poll demanded recounting of votes, which was declined.

Tamil Nadu chief minister Ms Jayalalithaa during her visit to New Delhi in June last had sought the resignation of Mr. Chidambaram alleging that he got himself elected to the Parliament by 'fraudulent' means.

She had alleged that Mr. Chidambaram was announced the successful candidate because of a fraud committed by a data entry operator, but the Union minister hit back saying her remarks were 'gross contempt of court'.

I have full respect on our Courts, but still I have an un-answerable question, why after these three long years, still the case is pending? Why this delay?

If Mr. Chidambaram is sure that he has won the election, then why is he not willing to recount the election? Why he is delaying things by giving a petition to Court to reject Raja Kannappan's petition on the grounds of typo mistakes (in the petition). But one good thing happened is, in 2011 Court rejected Chidambaram's petition.

Now I am telling like every other poor Voter, Enough is enough!! Still I will wait two more years for a verdict/case expiry.

If poor Indians can wait 42 years for hearing of Lokpal Bill, a bill to eradicate Corruption, why can't I wait for 2 more years - Not for the verdict, but for the expiry of the subject in this case- i.e. 5 years? After that I can wait on something else till I get NO ANSWER.

One more question.

After some time, if court finds that Chidambaram is not the actual winner, then he is not a person who is eligible to sit in a so-called "Supreme Parliament" or “Parliament is Supreme” or whatever. So what will happen to the policies/decisions, which he has formulated in his tenure as Home Minister? Or the policies, which he is rejecting, now as the Home Minister? Will it be reverted?
